MARSHMALLOW FONDANT ICING



50gm MM
450gm Icing Sugar (Sift)
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon flavoring
Shortening (utk grease peralatan dan tgn supaya tak lekit)
Tpg Jagung (utk roll supaya tak lekit pada permukaan)

-Melt MM with water & flavoring for 30sec. keep on checking in between, kacau till melt semua.
-Add half sugar in a bowl, make a well, add melt MM..kacau guna garfu...add another half sugar...ULI. done!
